Concern : VEHICLE MAY BECOME UNSTABLE
Description : The right hand rear suspension link arm to knuckle fixings may not be to specification. When subjected to normal use loading one or both of the fixings may fracture. Where one or both of the suspension link arm fixings fracture vehicle stability may be compromised.
Remedial Action : Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace both the right hand side rear suspension link arm to knuckle fixings and torque to the correct specification.

If that's correct it affects only a very small number of vehicles, but perhaps more likely the number's wrong. Reading between the lines it sounds as though a few fixings may have been over-torqued.

I think that range is wrong - that is D down to A. You'd normally specify upward ranges.
