Anyone recommend third party sets other than original parts or are they poor quality/fit ? , the flea bay prices for L/R parts are around 」100 plus .
One my last car ( kuga ) I bought the original set for 」40 and dealer charged 」30 to fit but have seen some dealer prices quoted on here at 」190 supplied and fitted .

yes, they collect a bit of mud been thrown up, but they don't catch it all and you still end up with dirty doors

I have mixed views but they seem to set the look of the vehicle to me , always remember big lumps of frozen snow attached to them on my previous FL1's , only had the FL2 just over 2 weeks and the doors are quite dirty already .

mudflaps

Bought mine from the company in the video and fitted them myself.it was a bit of a fiddle to get them to line up correctly. But may well have been my drilling and cutting etc.look fine once they are fitted.
They certainly dont keep the doors clean.
The rear door is always dirty and seems to attract muck.Anyone know if fitting a rear spoiler helps to deflect the muck away from the rear door.?

On my 2011 GSE the rear spoiler looks good and adds a bit of extra style to the car but it makes no difference at all to keeping the tailgate clean, this still remains the dirtiest part of the car.

Go visit
Powerful_UK_Ltd

Think they produced the video as it is linked to the mud flaps advert when I bought some. Off eBay.
I fitted the rears which took 10mins each, very simple the fronts involve cutting/drilling which is exactly what LR do if you opt for them as an option, so I understand.

Good thing with this company is you can go for just rears or fronts @」25ish or they do the full set at a discounted price which was why I bought the whole set or they did when I bought mine.

The fit on the rears is perfect in fact there is a logo shape similar Smile to LR which appears to have the letters polished off inside them.

Not saying they are OE but look the same.

How did you manage to fit the spring clips Defenderben?

I couldnt get mine on and after 15 mins of trying just decided to rely on screws. Very Happy

I just pushed them on did not think about it tbh.You can always widen the end first it is a tight fit but stops the little kink from forming.
