called them this AM to buy a new 11 plate HSE, they promised to call back within the hour.
6 hours later.............

time to find another stealer. 

I'm afraid they don't ring back until you get in touch with head office and then they seem surprised that there is a problem

I love my FL so much that i would probably have gone back and bought my next one but i dont think i will now which is a shame.

How exciting for you, buying a new HSE. I love the grey one on the forum with the twin exhausts (mav's?)

Don't forget to mention the promise of fitting the mud flaps which the salesman then reneged on when you meet the Dealer Principa. If he's worthy of the title I'm sure he'll quickly offer to have them fitted for free as part of turning your experience around but..................then again he does work for Stratstones!!!!!

Ah yes, thank you. I will mention that. I have already said that the salesman has promised this and that to my face but obviously, there is a problem when it gets to whoever is actually supposed to be sorting the problem.

Good idea re the mudflaps

Unfortunatly this sounds very simular to my experience with Hunters. Salesman was very good but valeting was awful.

I paid for the bodywork protection and when i went to pick it up I told them that I wasnt happy to pay to protect dirt and grime. The wheel arches were filthy, not just inside but the paint around the edge. Took it back and when picking up it was exactly the same. Said whole program done again but arches were still dirty. Salesman did it in front of me while I was there but when I got home and opened all doors I found where mud had collected since I first picked it up and interior seats dirty. So back it went again.

Spoilt the whole experience and I wont bother paying more to buy from a main dealer again.
