Still comfortably smug I must say the RRS is a car that make you drive fast, where as the fl2 encouraged a more sedate driving style. maybe its the delightful noise from under the bonnet - not at all peugeot sounding At work

very true, the 2.7 lump was used more over at Citroen

2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

CG will have it a year or so then go to a Disco - Just simply unbelievable what it can do, Taz and I were in the rear seats of one during the experience tour (bit tricky getting in and out) on the 40% downward hill were both looking forward through the 3rd sunroof but a great view of the world and the engine noise is so infectious...

its even more infectious when you have your own foot on the loud pedal, Mrs G will never go for a bread van disco so its either a sport or a FFRR - sport it is then.

Trouble is buy a big engined car and your sort of stuck for life, stepping down to a 4 cylinder again cant be easy, no matter what common sense and the fuel prices dictate.

Still whem Im old and grumpy at least I can say I had a big auto car, before they made them illegal At work

You're right, i was nervous about going from 6 cylinder 3ltr bmw's etc to a 4cyl diesel but the fun I've had in the snow over the last couple of years has distracted me!
