| Know what you mean though: I missed having both accurate speed reading and camera warnings so bought a Road Pilot MicroGo, hard wired it behind the dash and use some velcro to sit it on the far right ... |

is yes - noise when accelerating, there is something there with a valve to a certain extent turnover, while accelerating in the 2000 range revs - and this is normal
