Try Thrifty Car Rental, they have FL 2's on their hire fleet.
They have a branch in Norwich.

When my FL2 was off the road, Land Rover arranged for a courtesy replacement through Thrifty.

My fuel warning 'beeps' and the low-fuel light comes on when the range is at 50 miles.

The nearest I have been to running out of fuel was when I let the range get to 5 miles which then got to zero ...

Nah they don't rust as such but the alloy can become anodised (I think it is!?) and stained.....
