The light problem was in fact me, I forgot to plug them back in.
Yes just recconected it this moring and still the same problem.

Update
Rechecked the fuses in the passenger compartment with a multi meter and found 1 5amp fuse blown, so replaced it but still not starting. Also notices my feed I was going to use now has 12 vo ... |

Out of interest why does it need to left overnight?
