will needs lots of packaging and bubble wrap, but yes, subject to BACS payment (Paypal fees and packing costs too dear for me)
It will weigh at least 5kg, havnt measured it, but will be as long as the roof is wide on a freelander ( roof bar length )
will see if I get time to measure tomorrow.

Ok, before you do anything I have sent you a PM

for those of you that dont want to purchase my complete setup, a light bar thats looks like mine (cant vouch for quality / brightness) is available on ebay for £80, though it does not come with the wiring / relay switch etc.
That is a bargain if it performs the same as mine, and I do have a single roof bar ( used as a beta tester for my light bar) which I may consider selling. 

So how much for the single bar?

I'll assume that's a no then since you have been on line since I posted this. No prob. Will get the one from eBay and make a bar up

No prob. I based my offer on £80 for the light as thats what I can get a new one for, ok no wireing but these are items I already have and £40 for the bar which is what you said you wanted.
