Almost, it is a direct import with trim changes (for the better) and of course the Diesel engine, get the latest bi turbo if you can and DO NOT buy a manual version......

In the end I decided the steps were'nt for me an I fitted side rails (which I have just taken off an will be selling) I liked the look better

Here's the LR Fitting Instructions for running boards - I've had several sets of OEM and generic boards they all fit pretty much the same way

By running boards do you mean side steps? If so you will find loads of posts on here.
To fit side steps you do not need to drilla nything BUT you do need to have rivnuts for the bolts on the steps - ... |
