It's odd for 2010 car to have a gen 3 when gen 4 was fitted from 2009 MY onwards.
Having the wrong gen haldex will put a traction warning on the dash.

The FL2 doesn’t use a vacuum assisted brake booster. The ‘abs’ pump does the pressurising and modulating of the various parts of the brake system. From your description I’d be looking for code ...

From memory, temperature compensation on the pre-BMS systems only takes effect when the ambient temperature is below 15°C, when battery performance starts to drop off.

I'll see if I can find the d ...

I've also come across damaged MAF wiring, close to the p ...

I'd be making sure that all the boost hoses are free from splits or leaks. Any loss of air will result in black smoke. The MAF is working, if it stops smoking with it disconnected, as the ECM reverts ...

Yes, we are definitely in the early days of EV development. ICE vehicles had over a century of development, yet they remained horrifically inefficient and lacking in power.
Imagine what EVs will be ...

The alternator is under ECM control, so outputs voltage based on what the ECM calculations require.
