As suggested good tug and got it off.
One reason was i had a bank 1 showing up on the Autel for a wee while.
Was going to get a new hose/cable? but one of my Freelander friends had the same fault.

Thanks Rommel, is the 10mil nut on the vertical screw.?
The screw does not have anything on it.
Cover is tight at that point.
Not desperate, read recently of some people having the sound deadening ...
