I would fill the fuel filter before fitting with clean filtered diesel but each to their own. |

Can the car be run without the reverse solenoid fitted? Just wanted to test that it's definitely not that before I continue.

the Positive point here is , if you can get the tow hitch off, then some thief won't either, so it's safe.
