I would worry as much about rust as high mileage. Don't buy one that has lived in central scotland upwards or near the sea. Rotten rusty underneath with all the salt that is spread. Go for one down m ...

That's some job on the boat with a Da , a rotary would be better but you'd end up with arms like Popeye Thumbs Up . I bet it's quite a transformation when completed.
