My 2009 HSE Auto had similar symptoms, it used to shake the car quite badly when accelerating. Had the PTU changed by Bell engineering on Monday and it has gone, different car.

I will ask the garage when I pop back in. Seems they forgot to plug the boot light back in when they re-fitted the interior trim.
My invoice has a number but it doesn’t look like a Bilstein one.
