The sound is too loud to be coming from the actuator. I have disassembled it and I saw the worm and gear mechanism.

So the TD4 and SD4 are the same engine and turbo but with a different map?
I'm not sure I understood the haldex bit, I thought that the MY13 had an updated haldex and rear diff that doesn't give p ... |

Before you start on this epic job are you absolutely sure that it's not the master cylinder.
