Strange Request. Turbo Actuator Bypass

I have an early model FL 2 and was having problems with the turbo actuator for a long time (going to limp mode) and I ended up disconnecting it from the turbo, zip tied the turbo veins fully open. I left the actuator wiring clip connected and that worked for about 6 months.

Now I'm getting the same problem, limp mode.

I ordered a cheap turbo actuator from china but it will take a long time to arrive so my question is this, is there a way I can jump the wires of the actuator so it fools the ECU and doesnt go into limp mode?

How do you know that this "limp mode" is being caused by the same thing as the first ?
What DTC codes are you getting ? Jules
