Avoid the Disco Sport, the DPF is mounted to low and does not get hot enough to regenerate on short journeys.

I would agree with Jules I always change my oil every 10k but the filter cap is always tight and like Jules just tighten as much as I think is enough its a bit frightening but works OK with the spann ...

Excellent step by step process seams quite an easy task for most to perform.
