Just fitted mine.
Rears are straight forward as they should be. Fronts however have to fit to the small plastic front sill trim bit (why is this not steel!!!) so need a steel re-enforcing piece fitted and some of the trim cut away with a stanley knife. Its a bit*h of a job so my advice is get the dealer to do it.
If you do however feel adventurous put the wheels on full lock to make more space and don't leave it to late in the afternoon and darkness makes to final fitting all but impossible.
It beats me why a 4x4 doesn't come with mud flaps as standard.

I guess they're not standard as they couldn't claim the 'clearance height' if the flaps were in place  2002 Honda VFR800
