It varies: from 4 (or less) inches per gallon uphill to 39 (or more) miles per gallon downhill... ![]() ![]() ![]() And the price should be less than average as the main fuel tank isn't painted. And imagine from 1984 till now the level of corrosion... ![]() They didn't make things anymore like they've used to make... The first ones have that tank painted.... Damn... these cost cutoffs... ![]() |

They don't paint it cos they save a good couple of tons by not doing! I think LR appeared to take this approach with the silencer on our FL...the paints pretty much all come off! Mine: 2012 Golf GTI Edition 35
