Only had the FL2 for 3 weeks (done just over 1000 miles) and has been great - until today !
Put the key in, foot on clutch, press the start button..... nothing... no clicks, whirring, nothing !
Tried this many times - thought I was doing something wrong...
Rang LR Assist - spoke to a technician. He said to try locking the car and then getting back into it and trying to start it again....still nothing ! He said it sounds like the computer needs rebooting (disconnecting the battery)...
AA man came out - tried a few things...nothing. I told him to try disconnecting the battery - he said he wouldn't think that would help.
He disconnected the battery and waited a couple of minutes, reconnected, and hey presto - it started !!
It reset my trip computer, reset the one-shot window closing and seems to have reset my fuel range reading !
I have fixed the windows now.
I rang back LR Assist and requested they still send someone out to me tomorrow morning to see what happened. Don't want that to keep happening !!
Anyone else experienced this ??

sometimes turning the steering wheel helps, Its something to do with the steering lock, mine played up the other day so I pulled the wheel round an inch and it started At work

Had the LR Assist man out to me this morning - he connected his laptop and guess what - couldn't find any fault ! He said it was just one of those strange computer errors that caused it not to start and just see if it happens again......
