They are not (as far as I can recall) supplied as standard on UK spec vehicles.

And a set of bulbs - I heard that the french police were making an issue of drivers just off the ferry not having all the 'bits'.

I think to drive on the continent an FL2 is the smallest vehicle you can get away with driving to carry all the daft stuff that some countries require.
