Germany 2010 Freelander 2 TD4_e HSE Manual Alaska White

The oil is same one recommended by Ford for its diesels (well it would be since they are all PSA units). I use 5w30 ford oil that is about £20 to £25 for 5 litres in Halfords. My German LR dealer has serviced my old car with this oil under warranty with no issues.

Did find some made by UNIPART the other day for £15.99.

Much better than €25/litre for the ford and LR garage here in Germany Thumbs Up Freelander 2.2e HSE , Privacy, Fully debadged, 19" Chrome SHadow alloys

United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Izmir Blue
Types of oil

These freelander 2 cars are not high performance vehicals like BMW etc. You will be just fine with semi sythetic oil 5w-30 comforming to the ford spec for these engines. However you can use fully sythetic which is just fine too but will be more unkind to your wallet Thumbs Up
