Does any body know if you can set the cruise to 15mph or if there is a cleaver mod that would allow this. Need to pull a machine in the field at a set speed and it would be ideal if I could set this and take my foot of the pedal?

25 or 30 is when it activates. Don't know of any mods. If you have a manual will it pull on idle in 2nd? that'll be about 10 mph Mine: 2012 Golf GTI Edition 35

The key things to engage/allow cruise are engine speed ~1250 rpm or over (definitely) and not available in 1st and 2nd gear in a manual (I think)

Previous post is correct, if the load is not too high, the built-in Diesel injetion idle speed control will run the car at constant speed. Its a standard LR Experince trick to demonstrate this on a flat or slightly downhill road in all gears (up to 6th) Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red
