You would have to be more than handy to DIY a repair on shadow chromes

laying down a layer of black then a light spray of silver to produce a shadow effect is very hard, I know I have spoken to a fair few people

The pics you sent me appear to be quite bad and need a full reburbishment, as due to the process of how a shadow is finished you will never get an exact match, when my wheel got kerbed 3 repairers have told me, and 4 wheel been done would be £360 powdercoat and silver topcoat
