Some members have had the first service, would it be a good idea to report here price paid, quality of service and dealer?

Sorry David, swapped the car over just before the 1st service was due...13.5K miles stroke of luck or what Whistle

Dealer list price is £385 if I remember, don't believe for one minute our fleet office would have paid that, but unfortunately neither the dealer or fleet office will disclose this information to me ...... Sorry can't be more help.

Guy Salmon at Wakefield £283 for service on FL2 GS TD4 free service loan car (FL2 XS TD4).Car washed and vacuumed and ready on time excellent service fixed the reversing sensors and did 3 recalls and new software update at the same time all included in price

No that was clever or good planning, well done anyway.
If members, has their first service comes up report on hear we will have a choice and before booking your car in, might be worth a ring around also when we are in for the updates or niggles check the dealers price and report on here, it might make them more competitive! David

I only booked car in for service, when I turned up the service guy said that the car needed 3 recalls and a software update and that it would form part of the service they appear to be seriously helpful people at the Wakefield branch of Guy Salmon, I actually bought the car from Stratstone Doncaster so maybe the Wakefield guys want to corner a bit more business. They seem to be going about it the right way
