I ordered and paid a £500 deposit on my new FL2 on the 12th March of this year..... Ive just been told by the dealer that its now been built and has a chassis number etc showing on their system, but now we have to wait until they have a full load for the car transporter before it comes down south..

Is this normal? Or am I just an impaitent ?? Keep being told by the dealer that its this week or next week - So still unsure of when I'll get it. Although saying that we are waitin on DVLA for the paperwork back for the plate change over...

Be interested to hear how long some of you guys have waited? Hope its worth the wait...! telfire

Delivery date is 30/05/10
I ordered from Marshall of Bedford, so at least there's one transporter heading South.
Don't know where you are, but it could be on that one.

I went for an HSE, so not many options. Told dealer it had to black with black, auto and factory privacy and silver trim. Was driving brand new FL2 7 days later........

Transport company need to deliver within 5 working days from the point that the dealer 'calls' the vehicle to their compound.

Just been phoned by my dealer (Marshall/Bedford)
My new FL2 has just arrived. Coming off the transporter as we speak.
Going down Sat. to sort paperwork, hopefully, pick the car up middle of next week!

Its now arrived at the dealers

Saw it today and gonna pick it up on wednesday hopefully Just waiting on the plate change paperwork to come back from DVLA Swansea  telfire
