Yeah... It's made by the guys from Quattroruote and it is translated in Russian by overlaping russian talk over the original soundtrack. I've searched for the original file with no success.
Kinda stupid way to translate something...

Do you have it scanned (picture), or do you have it in electronic (text) mode.
If you have it in text mode, maybe can be easily translated in english or other language.

What do you interest concretely? LEDs are SMD, its type is 3528.
Also he changed Leds on CD.
