Would look nice in matt black, lol... But those ones that cover up everything rather than just the top cap would be useful for popping on in narrow lanes, then taking off again

Guess they'd only be colour coded if ya got a high gloss chrome finish paint job . . . hahaha . . . tho I did see sumthin like that on a merc in one of thos round robin junk emails a week or 2 ago!!

2015 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Santorini Black

They are pretty ruggid so should withstand most stone chips - mine are fine but they are non LR. I would guess yours are the same actually as LR ones come in 2 pieces. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
(Past) RR Evoque Dynamic Lux Si4 In Firenze Red.
(Past) RR Evouque Pure Tech in Barollo Black with bespoke Firenze Red colour coding.
(Present) Freelander Metropolis 2015 MY In Santorini Black with Ivory Premium Leather.
