I'm afraid it's time for my beloved Freelander to go to another owner. I'm deploying to Afghanistan in January for 7 months and don't really have anywhere to put the car while I'm away. Plus I begrudge paying money into the car for that amount of time when I won't get to use it, so it's time to sell up and then likely buy another one when I get back!

She's immaculate inside and out as I have lovingly cared for her for the last 16 months. I paid the £400 or so for the Supagard treatment inside and out when I bought the car too so it has a stain guarantee on all of the upholstry.

Initially I tried to sell the car back to the dealer but it seems that neither Marshall's or Stratstone are buying any stock at the moment. Still trying to get a hold of Paul at Charles Hurst Park Royal to see if they will buy it , but failing that I am going to go down the private sale route.

I had a friend get me the Glass guide price for the car from the motor industry which is shown in my gallery.

I'm looking for what Glass' says she's worth at £18500
