Is there a selectable option in the BCM thats can modify how the door swithes work ? Idea
Changeable by a dealer. Idea

Nope, definitely page 59. I have one of the first ones built so I'll have version 1 of the manual. You've probably got a newer revision. It'll be under 'Child Locks' in the index though....
Interesting, however. I wonder how many versions of the manual there are??

Now you come to mention it, the switch (if you mean the small locking lever next to the traditional handle on the inside of the door) does feel rather loose. Compared to the fronts, I mean - I 'ain't lucky enough to have a pair of Freebies to check one off against the other Wink
However, it sounds like this might be a dealer conversation now; no one has pointed out that I need to have my coat over my left arm or that cotton underwear is an essential before trying these doors so I imagine this is a straight-forward case of a Failed Under Customer Test doorlock.
