Newbie

hello to all you LR fans out there !,

have had my 07 FL2 four weeks now since trading in my 54 FL. Smile
Its a lovely vehicle but i found this great site whilst looking for 2 issues.
the first is the front parking sensor tone is continous & have to turn them off-usually when its wet.(3 times now)-this seems to be a bit of an issue from your site postings-great info.
second. when starting during this cold spell the radio/cd has no speaker output. this happened twice on cold mornings but is fine at all other times.has anyone else had this or know anything about it?

great site lads

Parking sensors you just get used to them and learn not to rely on them. Laughing
I have had the same problem with the speakers though but it was not cold at the time, I put it down to putting the fob in and then to quickly pressing the start button, if I do it at a sedate pace no problem but if i rush it I get the speaker fault, possibly down to the fact that you have not given the car time to boot up?

Hope this helps. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Definately true....let it boot up first as 'ad' suggested, rushing the start has ours doing all sorts of strange things - including disabling the parking sensors which is actually a bonus Laughing

sensors & speakers

excellent feedback in such a short time.both questions answered.
i think you guys are going to be invaluable - more knowledge than i could of dreamt of.
i will try to be more patient when starting and see if it cures the lack of speakers.
seems the sensor prob. may be a non-fixable one.i will mention it next time its in but it aint worth booking in for!
Still, Overall a great vehicle which has come into its own over the last week in the snow, i am well happy with it.A big improvement on the FL1.

thanks again guys. Very Happy Thumbs Up
