Land Rover Dealership after sales care & warranty

Hi all,not posted anything for a few months now but thought i would share a few thoughts i have.
Four months ago,i noticed on the drivers side rear roof rail channel where you can have rails fitted,that the rear end had come unstuck and sticking up.
After a closer look the fault seems to be a manafacturing problem when asembled from new.It would appear that the sealent in the roof channel was a little thicker than normal.
Took the car back to LandLover,they took photos and said they needed to have LandRover head office approval before they could sort it out,then they would call me to repair it.
WELL FOUR MONTHS ON,not heard a peep from them about having it in to be repared.
OH BUT THEY WILL SOON BE ON THE PHONE wanting to take a large WEDGE OF CASH when the second service is due.
Is there anyone else that gets treated with such little respect,care & consideration,after all these cars cost a lot of our hard earned cash in the first place.I personaly think they SUCK.Never had this lack of care with BMW when there was any problems. Evil or Very Mad

anybody who has had the misfortune to deal with LRCC gets treated the same Evil or Very Mad

don't wait 4 months wait 4 days then get back on to them until they sort it Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

i dogged LRCC for days,with all the issues i had Twisted Evil . I did get a wedge of them, in the end £1500.00 i put that to-wards a HST which is now sat in my drive Whistle.
I got the name of the person that picked the call up from me and every timei i rang LRCC i asked for them i even waited for them to come from there hols.
In the end i won,takes time and a little bit of money for the calls. Thumbs Up
