Lost two windows "one touch" up function.

I just noticed that both front OS and rear NS door windows have lost their "one touch" up function. But still have "one touch" down.
They both go and up if their button is continuously held.

Remaining two windows function normally.

The key fob "all down" function works but "all up" only works on NS front and OS rear.

There are no fault codes when scanned with AP200.

I suppose the first thing is to eliminate the door switches as the cause.

Anyone familiar with this fault or how to diagnose it ? Jules

Sounds like they've lost their one touch up / one touch down memory function. Resetting them after battery disconnection involves running them up till they stop then holding the switch up for a few seconds, the same on the way down? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

You are absolutely right Bob.

It was me - not doing it properly. I'd forgotten how I did it last time.

You have to hold the "up" function until the window is all the way up , only release it when stopped and then hold "up" again and the window then goes up a few more mm and there is a clunk from somewhere inside the door.

All good now - cheers Thumbs Up Jules

I can't remember the last time I opened a window, it's too noisy out there. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
