What were the error codes and did they reoccur once cleared?

In the Repair Manual and Wiring Diagrams Page 3021

Climate Control sheet 3 of 3
Air Quality Sensor and Damper Motors share the same power sources.

Climate Control sheet 1 of 3
Fuse EDIT FE39 is the common fuse.

The Damper Motors are showing loss of LIN signal which is common to all and feeds into Automatic Temperature Control Module (sheet 2 of 3), but more likely to be loss of power or earth is your problem. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

CORRECTION see my EDIT above.

On looking again the Violet-White wire goes to the FE39 fuse.
There is a relay R5? in that feed.
