I was talking to an estate agent friend the other day. He asked if we had a home wall box for our I-5. I said yes we do. He replied if I knew that having a wall box added several £k to the value of our house, which I thought was strange, considering it didn't cost several £k to install. Apparently having solar on our house will also add something like £20k to the value, again odd because it didn't cost that much to install.
The house market is a strange thing.

I've just looked at my EV running costs for this month. It's cost me £25.59, for 1306 miles of driving, which is pretty impressive, considering the Freelander would have cost about £250 in derv for the same journeys. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

It seems that you will not be able to get your RR armoured EV car in the near future.

Vehicles for protection of dignitaries aren't the main cause of air pollution. It's the billions of cars that normal people use to do normal stuff. Replace all those with EVs, and the dignitaries can have their big V8 powered armoured vehicles without worrying about pollution. Although EVs would be perfect for them, as they have masses of power and torque to get heavy vehicles moving rapidly. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
