Happy to report that the FL2 is behaving itself. Drove 540 miles last week; holidaying near Fishguard, Pembrokeshire.
The weather was great too.

The Autel AP200 has arrived. Straight forward download & installation. It discovered a host of historical fault codes (6 digit) which I never knew about. All cleared now. Jules

Glad to hear all ok with FL…….
And that the AP200 works …….as I have written many times I bought the AP200 last year , did scan to find DTCs from years ago that my Lynx/Omnicron unit never found ……despite costing £250 in 2013….
That’s the problem with some code readers / scanners…..you see ‘ No Faults”……but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t any faults…….just that thé code reader can’t see them……. FL2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto MY 2012— current

Would be interested to know what you think caused the dpf to not regenerate itself? FL2 SD4 XS 2013 Orkney Grey

Frankly, I have no idea.

Not had a DPF fault code before. Now 67K miles - mainly motorway miles.

The first thing that happened was the sudden restricted performance mode followed by codes previously mentioned. The DPF fault appeared shortly afterwards.

Despite checking under the car I didnt notice the hose had come loose. Its position appeared unaltered and in the engine bay I didnt hear any altered engine noise change whilst idling. If id got somone to rev it im sure I would have then heard a difference. It wasnt till next morning when I was searching for a new intermittent vibration that I noticed the hose had been hitting the AC compressor pulley, although until tugged the hose appeared to be in the correct position (but the IC end is well hidden).

None of the historical fault codes found by the AP200 were related to the DPF. Jules
