United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Aintree Green
Done a few jobs

Got round to doing a few jobs on the car, finally. Replaced drivers door lock actuator (was beginning to fail) Window switch module (one rear window switch was broken) and Gear selector knob (spring for inhibit button broken)

Door lock actuator was a B******d of a job. Drivers window has to be released from the regulator to gain access. thing to know is you need to remove the weather strip and with the window closed you will be able to see the plastic clips that hold it in place and release it.

Switch cluster is simple just 2 screws.

Gear Knob spring is easy if you check out youtube but when I took it apart it was broken inside so needed a new complete Knob. I found this on Amazon and its no different for the OE as far as I can see but less than half the price so I thought I would share my find on here.
