Low rpm when starting then recovers

Hi folks, hoping the freel2 h hive mind can shed some light on this. I am
Experiencing a 2-3 seconds interval of low rpm (500/600? rpm) when starting the engine. MY2008 2.2

I. It recovers to normal 800+ rpm after that short interval
II. It happens every few weeks (started about two years ago)
III. I have changed crankshaft sensor with OEM one - no change
IV. Car has had new idler pulleys and recon alternator in the last 6 months, and also new glow plugs - still happens
V. New battery - it was overdue, but I wasn’t counting on it changing anything

Could it be throttle body, a vacuum leak or injector related?

Thank you all!

You don't mention how many miles it's done but I would put my money on Throttle body? 2013 FL2 XS.

Car has done 150k miles. I have a spare throttle body with no stripped gears (opened cover and checked) - will install that .

Thanks for the suggestion !

You might need to reset the throttle parameters by software, it cured my slight hesitation by resetting the idle using electronics.
