Pic of the offending area attached. Shading perhaps indicates that the collar and pipe shouldnt have separated on removal? Clip looks like it just locks rather than have a role in sealing |

Ok so with a closer inspection I could see a recess about 10mm inside the collar and pushed the pipe "through" until this engaged with the ridge. This makes sense in terms of locking the pipe. Reassembled and reclipped. Pipe is now secure but the fitting is still dripping. Still puzzled about how this is supposed to seal now? |

For anyone who finds this thread I thought it needed closure. The pic shows the one I bought and it has now been a month and seems to be working fine.
