What a year I’ve had - accidentally diagnosed with lung cancer at the beginning of the year, lots of invasive biopsies, 2 months chemo and immuno therapy leading to open surgery to remove part of lung and tumour. Notwithstanding all that, 4 little feckers escaped and settled on my brain. Just finished intensive radiation therapy called Gamma Knife surgery so now an weating game. A consequence is that I have had to surrender my licence for, probably, a year hence reluctantly selling my car.

Late build 2014 SD 4 SE auto with in Grey metallic 65k miles and 12 months MOT. All receipts for past 10 years including replacement timing belt and water pump at year8. Uprated diff was done under warranty at year 3 and stealth headlight conversion done 3 years ago (been thru 4mots). At 78 I’ve had many cars thru my hands and you typically find that they are good or bad - this is a goodun in that would have seen me into the sunset.
