Can arm rests be installed to standard front seats later?

Hello all,
On my 2007 i6 with full Alpaca leather, there's no arm rests on the front seats.
I would like to know if anyone has installed the two arm rests later on. I feel through the leather, as if there's a "round" hole underneath the leather on the inside if the side of the back rests.

If doable, could i have some hints to how to?

And maybe someone know where to actually get them?

Leather color or plastic as it may be, is not important, as I will recolor them to Alpaca. No worries.

Kind regards,
Redfox.
