Software upgrade for Autobox on Wirral / Merseyside

Iā€™d like to have the gearbox software upgraded on my 2013 SD4.

Would anyone have a recommendation of where I could go in Wirral / Merseyside for this or is it a case of having to go to a main dealer.

If main dealer, any idea of cost?

Not sure I understand it fully, but it looks like some type of recalibration.

I'm not sure, but allowing the car to move forward after releasing footbrake, and before touching the accelerator pedal, seems to decrease any jerks.

Also I read somewhere that gearbox oil additives only relieve the problem for a short while. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 76k+ miles) (MY2015)

So, to finish off the post - I had the gearbox software updated today by JLR Specialist Ltd Moreton, Wirral - super efficient service and totally fixed the problem - if Carlsberg did LR Technicians....
