United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 SE Auto Firenze Red

@Nbuuifx

Out of interest how many miles has your FL2 done ?

I had a Front NS wheel bearing fail at around 53K miles and rear shocks replaced at 58K.

I noticed a slight steering wobble over rough roads yesterday (find a smooth one if you can Laughing).

Im servicing it in a few weeks when Im back from hols so will pay attention to front steering and suspension. MOT not due till Sept. Jules

United Kingdom 2010 Freelander 2 TD4_e XS Manual Stornoway Grey

It's a 2010 on 195,000 miles. It came with full service history and receipts for all work done over the years.

There was no mention of wheel bearings or suspension. So I presume these are all original parts I'm replacing.

I've done both outer track rod ends now, 2 out of the 4 bearings. All 4 suspension struts, drop links, wishbones, PTU.

The MOT guy said he probably wouldn't bother with the inner track rod joints as even with a little wear they would probably outlast the vehicle.

I can't feel anything when driving, all feels perfect.

All passed this morning on the retest, so just left with the advisory on the inner joints.
