Adrian Flux - Bad Service

I am insured with Adrian flux, who have just stated that I an not covered on my policy for a courtesy car that was going to be provided by enterprise Shocked

Apparently they will not place the additional cover with Royal Sun Alliance as any normal insurance would, you have to take out a new policy, for a minimum of 7 days at a cost of just short of £40, thats if they will insure the loan car.

I have had a FFRR on enterprises insurance policy and needed to swap to a D3 with towbar but cover it on my own insurance, but since its £44k car they said there maximum limit on courtesy cars is £25k so are unable to help.

I have spoken to RSA themselves and they normally do the temporary cover without any problems at all

So If your insured by Adrian Flux be careful of what they tell you you could be driving round in a £40k car and only covered for £25k or not at all. Rolling Eyes

Won't be renewing with them come November, I think a minimum 7 day period is very bad, when you would normally have a courtasy car for just 1 day at a cost a small admin charge or nothing at all.

makes me wonder if am actually cover for off road use like they told me i was Yawn Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

just had a call from a adrian flux manager, apparently it was not £29k limit it was £25K limit on loan cars, so i couldn't even get a loan car from my dealer and insure it with them as they normally give slightly higher spec'ed car out never mind getting a like for like

I think Adrian Flux is crap anyway coz they more than £300 more expensive than Land Rover insurance I'm with now.

at the time they was about £100 cheaper than anybody else for me and LR wouldn't insure me due to the same reasons as NFU above Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
