1) If it looks suspicious (nonsensical title and post, links but no explanation) - Don't click on the links as they will likely take you to an offensive/damaging page. Often they will be posted by a user who would appear to have just joined, and has left no posts before.

2) Never reply to the posts - it just causes hassle for Martin. Use the triangle at the top right (Post Reporting System) to mark it as spam and report it to a moderator.
