Passenger side electronics failed

Hi all,

I've had a problem with my passenger side electronics since December and this morning it seems to be getting worse so coming here for some help hopefully!

The passenger side central locking, electric windows and wing mirror have stopped working. Won't unlock with key fob and zero movement or noise when trying to use the buttons to operate anything.

I've checked the fuses and nothing has gone, I think most of those are on separate fuses too so not likely to have all failed at once anyway.

We've been making do with it since it happened and just reaching over to lock/unlock the doors when needed, slightly annoying with euro trips having no passenger window operation.

This morning I went to start the car after being stood for a week and a half whilst I was away and it wouldn't turn over at all. No lights on instrument cluster but the radio, fans, drivers side windows, locking etc worked. Battery is still brand new and was full of charge so disconnected the battery terminal and reconnected and it then the car started up no problem.
But now the passenger side doors won't even unlock when flipping the switch inside. It just flips back as soon as you release it.

Its an 2007 model if that helps.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Really don't want to take it into Land Rover and pay a fortune...

Are 100% sure the battery is fully charged? try charging it up overnight, another thing it could be is a bad earth somewhere ? do you have a scanner to see if there are any DTCs?
Other than that try local Garage rather than JLR 2013 FL2 XS.

For your window, door mirror, and locking , is it just the front passenger door?

If so, check that it has a good, working, earth.

As for the rest of your (random?) problems, as Rommel says, it sounds like Power Supply problems.
Check Battery, Terminals, Earths, etc. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

Thanks for the advice guys!
Battery was reading 12.6v and nothing draining it, earth all good too.

Just had it back from local garage after it’s service and they didn’t have a clue for the door/window problem.

Booked it in with Brookfields in Barnet for end of next week, they seem hopeful that it’ll be a door module as those piggyback the front and rear so could explain why both have gone out.
The speakers still work on the passenger side which isn’t covered by the door module they said so fingers crossed!

I'd be changing the door module. It's an easy DIY replacement, once the door card is off. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Soon to be sold.
