Xtrons head

Hi
I have installed three years ago a Xtrons unit. Worked fine but since last year the dash cam DVR card contet cannot be seen on the Xtron display. Xtron customer support not being helpfull despite the unit was still on warranty period. Is there an app to install on Xtron for the dash camera, wich is also from Xtron ?
