United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Fuji White

A footnote to include 2 bits of interesting info about the MOST System.

This video gives some easy checks you can do to prove Fibre Optic Ring.
(Note problem was a module power supply in boot-----NOT MOST Ring)
The Infotainment Control Module supplies the master clock to system be working, the rest can be bypassed.
You can shine a light down fibres to prove they work.
Actual FL2 system modules shown in workshop manual.

Norway 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

Hi all,

I have for a longer time had some of the same issue as described by several of you here. Radio + satnav shuts down and powers up again now and then during driving, but only for periods. Start looking for bad earth points and failing MOST seems like a starting point. Mine also drains the battery if stays unused for 1-2 weeks. I suspect that the radio issue might contribute to this?

Has anybody being able to resolve such issues?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated Smile
