Fireplaces kitchens bathroom etc are tenants responsibility. structure of house, roof etc landlords. Windows, rainwater stuff and chimney pots etc are 50:50 so I have to stump up half the cost of the windows wont be cheap as the queen prefers traditional wooden sash windows although after the recent quotes she is now considering plastic  At work

All we need is a new party to be formed with the following manifesto and they are sure to get in

1) Reduce tax on fuel by 30p per litre
2) Special loyalty discount for British built cars of a further 20p per litre
3) Introduce 'trailer tax' so anyone towing a trailer / caravan has to pay more to be on the road (CG suggests a £20,000 per year caravan tax)
4) Abolish roadtax and introduce a tax that is proportional to the number of miles you do
4) Bring back the little blue 2 seater disabled cars to stop people milking the disability scheme by having prestige cars for nothing!
5) Stop foreign lorries driving on our roads by having them unhitch at point of entry to the country, the remaining journey to be carried out by a UK haulage firm (thus keeping more british truckers in work, prevents truckers filling up with cheap fuel from aboard and stops countless accidents caused by truckers who cant read our signs let alone speak the language!!)
