As above noticed my front tyres are wearing on the inner edge, not feathering right on the very edge, but evenly across the tyre with the inner showing approx double the wear of the outer. They are pirelli scorpions and have done about 5000 miles over 8 months, so a lot of local running about. Front suspension was all replaced and car drives / brakes straight enough. The lower control arm bushes are leaking oil, second set, both leaking with 2000miles. Could this be the issue? Prior to doing the refurb, the near side wheel would trash the outside edge of the tyre within a few months and the car would always pull left. I didnt get it tracked after doing this as it drove so straight. Any suggestions?

I think you have diagnosed this yourself "tracking" and worn control arm bushes? 2013 FL2 XS.

Tracking will not cause pulling. If you had a little bump on the kerb and put the nearside wheel out by, say, 6 degrees, as soon as you started driving, the wheels would equalise and you would have 3 degrees out on both sides. The steering wheel would be off centre too. You would however have wear on both outer or inner tyre edges depending on whether you knocked the tracking in or out. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Thanks for your thoughts. Right from getting the car it always pulled left, and driving straight, the steering wheel was always having to be steered slightly right. When i did the refurb, i replaced everything, i did notice that the nearside front strut top mount was clocked the wrong way, 6degvto the front, opposite to the offside which was clocked to the rear. When i rebuilt them i clocked both top.mounts to the rear and since it was done, the car has driven straight and had no wear on the outside edge of the tyre, i thought id cracked it finally. I'm minded to think to much negative camber, which is worrying me incase ive set the top mounts the wrongcway, though i copied the kyb you tube video as to setting them. What i dont get is why the control arm bushes have failed twice. They were delphi so not cheap rubbish. They were swapped under warranty as delphi technical had indicated that they may be under investigation, however the replacements were the same batch. I'm wondering if these bushes leaking oil is causing the wear...cant get my head round it. Was thinking hunter alignment to see if or what is out of line.

Just to update on this , I booked a hunter alignment at local quick fit, and tracking was way out ( toe out). On a positive note, when I rebuilt the front end, the passenger side top mount appeared to be clocked 8 degrees the wrong way, from that shown in the kyb you tube video, so I set it as the video shows. The right decision as it turns out as the camber was Bob on.
